Pearl has launched an exquisite tasting menu paired with a selection of gourmet beers. The menu, created by Executive Chef Jun Tanaka has been expertly matched with beers from around the world by beer gourmand, Gustavo Bertolucci.
The tasting menu features L’Aiguille Blanche Wheat Beer from Savoie, France and Mort Subite Lambic Kriek, a cherry beer from Lierput, Belgium, the perfect pairing for a mouth-watering dessert. Other beers included on the menu have been sourced from Belgium, Australia, Ireland, Spain, France and Scotland.
