Valentine's evening at Pearl

Looking for somewhere special to take your loved one this Valentine's Day? Dine in the luxurious surroundings of Pearl on Sunday, 14 February 2010.

Executive Chef, Jun Tanaka, has created a Valentine's Menu to savour. Enjoy an evening of delicious cuisine, teamed with an exquisite selection of matching wines.

Cocktail Tasting Challenge

Exclusive cocktail mixing from Gustavo Bertolucci

Exclusive to Pearl Bar, award-winning barman Gustavo Bertolucci provides a fun and interactive cocktail mixing class every Wednesday starting at 6.00pm. If you have always wanted to learn a bit about cocktails, sample new recipes and learn from the very best, then the Cocktail Tasting Challenge is perfect for you and your friends. You will learn how to mix and then taste a Classic Cocktail, a Champagne Cocktail and also one of Gustavo’s latest creations. Once all cocktails have been tried and tasted the group will vote on their favourite, with the winning creation served to the group.

The Cocktail Tasting Challenge is held on Wednesdays, starting at 6.00pm

The Cocktail Tasting Challenge costs £25.00 per person. Pre-booking is required by 12.00pm the Wednesday of the Tasting Challenge. Non-exclusive events take bookings for 1 to 5 guests. Exclusive group tastings are also available upon request.

The tasting will last 45 minutes and includes tasters of three cocktails, a full cocktail to finish and insights from Gustavo Bertolucci.
