Pearl holds an exquisite selection of Champagnes and Wines. Whether it be a Champagne as fine as the 1995 Krug,or an Argentinean Malbec as delicious as the 2004 Catena, sommelier Frederic Tanoh-Koutoua is on hand to surprise and delight you with his extensive list of wines and outstanding knowledge of the grape.

Wine Cave

The centre piece of the restaurant is a magnificent walnut clad wine cave which holds over 1400 bottles of wine. Temperature and humidity controlled, bottles residing in the wine cave are assured to be in the perfect condition for your enjoyment.
