The private dining menu applies to groups of 8 to 12 people. For parties of more than 12 people, please contact the restaurant directly.

    Pollock brandade with caramelised squid, crisp quail eggs and parsley vinaigrette

    Baby leek and ham hock terrine , fondant potato and sauce gribiche

    Pickled mushroom salad with cauliflower mousse crisp parmesan and cep vinaigrette

    Wild seabass poached in red wine, creamed cavolo nero confit ceps and oyster beignets

    Roast rabbit leg stuffed with paella, baby red peppers, squid and chick peas

    Onion tart tatin, smoked onion puree, wild garlic, spätzle and chanterelles

    Slow cooked pyrenees milk fed lamb, spring vegetables, morels and mint jelly
