Pearl Bar welcomes the good season with a selection of new special edition cocktails

Sloe Gin Sour £10.50

The fruity and blooming taste of Gordon’s Sloe Gin and Crème d’Cassis mixed with fresh lemon juice and a dash of elderflower cordial.

Berries Meringue Sour £10.50

An exquisite combination of Absolut Swedish Wheat Vodka with Strawberry and Blueberry Liqueurs and the generous touch of some raspberry jam. Complemented with the gentle sweetness of flamed Italian Meringue.

Pearl Pisco Sour £10.50

Taking the original Peruvian style cocktail to a new elegant and fashionable level. Pisco mixed with fresh lemon juice, Egg white, apricot Jam and a dash of angostura bitters, well balanced with some cinnamon powder.
