Pearl's Decadent Saturdays

Few people have been fortunate enough to sip Cristal, Krug and Dom Perignon in the same evening. However you can do just that at Pearl Restaurant & Bar with the introduction of Decadent Saturdays. Imagine whiling away a Saturday evening enjoying several super-premium Champagnes alongside luxurious foods such as oysters, truffles and caviar. You will become the ultimate connoisseur.

During these fun and informative events, Michael and Jun will share their knowledge and expertise on wine and food pairing, and guide and entertain you while you taste a selection of lavish foods matched with the finest Champagnes.

Decadent Saturdays begin at 5pm and last one and a half hours.

Champagne with Chocolate - 21 April 2007

Sample dark, milk and white chocolate with Jacquesson & Fils, Vauzelle Terme, Ay Grand Cru, Blanc de Noirs, 1996, Krug Rose NV and Laurent Perrier Brut Rose.

Featuring Osetra, Sevruga and Beluga Caviar with Louis Roederer Cristal 1999, Krug Brut 1990, and Dom Perignon 1998.

For guests wishing to extend their evening of decadence with dinner at Pearl, the restaurant, which has established an excellent reputation for its modern French cuisine, will be offering diners complimentary Champagne with their meal.

Commencing in April 2007 at 5pm, the Decadent Saturdays at Pearl will last for one and a half hours.
