Frederic Tanoh-Koutoua

Frederic Tanoh-Koutoua is the head sommelier at Pearl. Born in Ivory Coast, he has over ten years worth of experience working at some of the most high-profile restaurants in the capital including the Oxo Tower, Mirabelle, Le Pont de la Tour and Drones.

Frederic has been head sommelier at Pearl for nearly four years and looks after a considerable cellar containing 400 bins of wine. When off duty, Frederic enjoys a large glass of Bordeaux!
