THE PINK PEARL - SIGNATURE COCKTAIL (£13.50)
Our signature is based on a classic version of the Champagne cocktail, but the final result is astonishing! Spiced berry and elderflower cordials, Remy martin VSOP, sugar cube and Rose Champagne.

BUBBLY RASPBERRY
Chambord with fresh raspberries and elderflower cordial finished with Champagne

 

 
ROSSINI
strawberry puree and liqueur with prosecco, this follows the unique style from venice’s harry’s bar.

APHRODYTE
Combining the best raspberry puree with fresh pineapple juice, Belvedere vodka and elderflower cordial. The Aphrodite has already become a sensation and it is the perfect choice for those searching for their new favourite.

HONEY MARTINI
Pure honey together with Di Saronno and fresh lemon juice. Simple yet beautiful.

 

 


MULATA DAIQUIRI
With the Havana Club Sete A ños we mix Heering coffee liqueur and lemon juice. It really is a cheeky surprise.

WASABI BOOST

A combination of Jack Daniels, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, sugar, ginger ale and a few drops of tabasco

BARTENDER'S CHOICES AT £13.75

AMBASSADOR
This cocktail was selected for the final in the 2007 Class Awards. Soft, well balanced and charming, with a feisty political kick. The ambassador is a mix of Bulleit Bourbon and vanilla schnapps with Italian chestnut honey syrup.

MINT KIWI CAIPIRINHA
This one received the 3rd prize for the Cabana Cachaca UK cocktail competition. We mix Cabana Silver and Monin kiwi syrup with mint bitters.

 

 


BUMBLE BEE
Easy drinking with a powerful taste. We mix fresh mint, limes and lemons, vanilla vodka, Di Sarono and Krupnik, fresh pineapple juice and mango puree.

TASMANIAN EYE

Lychee and Limoncello liquors provide a zezty base for this cocktail creation, well balanced and topped with James Boags lager.
