THE BAR AT PEARL

Headed up by Gustavo Bertolucci, Pearl bar is lively, glamorous and vibrant, placing it amongst the most prestigious cocktail bars in London. 

Signature cocktails are placed on handmade tables with Mother of Pearl inlay which can be savoured from the comfort of bespoke leather seats. For a quiet drink away from the buzz of the main bar, there are also secluded walnut booths with velvet banquette seating.

The mixologist team are regularly designing new and innovative cocktails using a variety of fresh fruit and juices, infused vodkas and liqueurs.  The signature ‘Pink Pearl’ Champagne cocktail is a bubbly mix of Champagne, Remy Martin V.S.O.P, Elderflower Cordial and Red Currants.
